Is everything you sell on the website?
Not everything, the website offers a selection of our larger products. We also have a range of track, paints, K&S metals Evergreen plastics and other modelling accessories which we have not listed on the web. If you would like to know about these or any specific models, send us an enquiry or phone the store.
Can you send orders overseas?
Yes, we can but our website cannot automatically calculate postage for overseas deliveries. If you wish to place an order from overseas send us an enquiry, including the product you would like to order. We will respond with a price including postage. If you wish to go ahead we will send you a PayPal invoice and dispatch the order upon receipt of payment.
I have some questions about my order and would prefer to order over the phone, can I do that?
Yes, call the store on 02 9476 2588 during business hours and we will answer your questions over the phone and take the order. Otherwise send us an enquiry and we can call you.
Can I pick my order up in store?
Yes, just click the pickup option when you place the order and no postage will be charged.
How do you send orders?
We generally use Australia Post standard parcel service, which delivers within 3 to 4 days in Australia. We track all orders and will send you a tracking number on dispatch. Orders will be dispatched within one business day of receipt. If there is any reason why we can’t we will contact you.
Where is Peats Ferry Rd (and Hobbyland)?
Peats Ferry Rd is a new name for the Pacific Highway on the western side of Hornsby. Hobbyland is located at 147 Peats Ferry Rd which is near Hornsby RSL and right next door to Kuring-gai Cycles. Best parking is in the William Street carpark.
Are the prices on the web the same as in store?
Yes, they are. Occasionally, a technical error will result in a different price, but we will always honour the lower of the two.
Do you have a newsletter I can subscribe to?
No, but we do regularly post new product news in our website blog or on our Facebook page.
